Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fjok ("fjok", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fjok website and all associated services, games, and features. The Platform is operated by fjok and is accessible at fjok.bet.

These Terms apply to all players who access or use the fjok platform from Bangladesh. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager on fjok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • 3You have not previously been excluded or banned from fjok or any related platform, and your account has not been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• 4You are not using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to access or interact with the fjok platform or any games on it.
• 5The funds you use for deposits on fjok are legitimately yours and do not originate from any criminal activity or unlawful source.

Account Registration and Management

The following rules apply to the creation, use, and management of your fjok account. These rules are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players.

Registration Rules

• 1Each individual player may register and hold only one (1) fjok account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in account closure.

Account Security Obligations

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fjok username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fjok will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of you sharing your account credentials.
• 2If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact fjok support immediately at [email protected]. fjok may suspend your account immediately pending investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.
• 3You must use a password that is sufficiently strong and unique to your fjok account. fjok recommends that you do not reuse the same password across multiple websites or services.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fjok platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related fund movements — are subject to the following rules. fjok uses third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions and is not responsible for delays attributable to those processors.

Deposit Rules

• 1The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by fjok, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• 2Deposits to fjok must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits funded by third parties, including family members, are not permitted. Deposits made from a payment method in a different name may be declined or held pending verification.
• 3Accepted deposit methods at fjok include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. fjok reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal Rules

• 1The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. Where this is not possible, fjok support will advise on the available withdrawal route.
• 2Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Larger withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals that trigger automated security checks, may take longer and may require submission of identity verification documents before processing can be completed.
• 3fjok does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied to a transaction are charged by the relevant payment provider and are outside fjok's control.
• 4Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where fjok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in relation to the account requesting the withdrawal. In such cases, fjok may retain the funds pending investigation and will cooperate with any relevant legal process.

Bonuses and Promotions

fjok offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• 1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). A bonus may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• 2Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. fjok reserves the right to restrict or withdraw a bonus offer where it suspects that a player or group of players is attempting to abuse the promotion.
• 3Bonuses may only be used on the game categories or game types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• 4fjok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal of the offer, the bonus will remain subject to the terms under which it was credited.
• 5Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, an administrative error, or any other reason — must be returned. fjok reserves the right to deduct any erroneously credited bonus amount directly from your account balance. If insufficient funds are available, the outstanding amount becomes a debt owed by you to fjok.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

fjok is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fjok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their funds withheld pending investigation.

• 1Using any automated software, bot, script, exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the fjok platform in any way.
• 2Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games. Collusion includes any form of coordination of bets, sharing of cards or game information, or any other cooperative strategy designed to beat the house or other players unfairly.
• 3Exploiting any bug, error, or technical fault in the fjok platform or in any game to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable in normal operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and must be returned.
• 4Using the fjok platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. fjok has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
• 5Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account details to access fjok. This includes opening a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

fjok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on fjok and all players who use the platform.

• 1fjok provides self-exclusion tools that allow players to voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period. • 2Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits on their fjok accounts at any time by contacting support. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Additional Legal Provisions

Intellectual Property

All content on the fjok platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of fjok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fjok content without express written permission from fjok.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fjok's total liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fjok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the fjok platform.

Amendments to These Terms

fjok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fjok will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the fjok website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the fjok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
